Development

At sh.studio, we guide the design process from initial concept to fully developed floor plans, creating two tailored concept layouts and façade options that reflect our clients’ vision, lifestyle, and functional requirements.

We model all aspects of the building and surrounding terrain in 3D, allowing us to accurately visualize massing, proportions, rooflines, and how the design sits within the site context. These 3D models are then rendered into high-quality images, bringing the designs to life and helping clients truly experience the scale, materials, textures, and lighting of their future project.

Our approach goes beyond aesthetics: we thoroughly analyze the local streetscape, scale, and architectural character to ensure our designs harmonize with the area while maximizing natural light, spatial efficiency, and circulation. Documentation

At sh.studio, once the design is finalized, we translate the concepts and 3D models into comprehensive documentation, preparing detailed CDC (Complying Development Certificate) or DA (Development Application) plans ready for submission and approval. This includes precise floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings that clearly communicate the design intent, ensure compliance with all relevant planning and building regulations, and streamline the approval process.
